A generalized quasi-classical Boltzmann equation

A Rossani and G Kaniadakis

Physica A: Statistical Mechanics and its Applications, 2000, vol. 277, issue 3, 349-358

Abstract: A generalization of the Uehling–Uhlenbeck equation is proposed, which extends its applicability to particles which obey non-conventional statistics. Equilibrium solutions and their stability are investigated. The case of particles in a medium is then considered and a “Fokker–Planck” approximation is constructed.
