A new roughening temperature

M.E. Issigoni and C.E. Paraskevaidis

Physica A: Statistical Mechanics and its Applications, 2005, vol. 351, issue 2, 269-272

Abstract: The roughening temperature of an Ising model on a Cayley tree with six nearest neighbors is obtained, giving a strong evidence that the roughening temperature of a three-dimensional cubic lattice is very close to Tc(3) and not to Tc(2).
