Abstract:
The graphene family of 2D-Dirac materials shows different topological phases induced by the application of electric fields and the circularly polarized lasers. In this paper we present an informational analysis of these topological phases. Additionally, we determine the entropic uncertainty of these systems in the plane given by the electric and light fields, showing the different topological phases.
