Abstract:
A new epidemic SEIR model with discrete delay on complex network is discussed in this paper. The formula of the basic reproduction number R0 for the model is given, the global dynamics of this model is fully determined by R0, and it is proved that the disease dies out when R0<1, while the endemic equilibrium is globally stable and the disease becomes endemic.
