Temperature correction to the Casimir torque and lateral Casimir force between two plates

Abstract: The temperature correction to the Casimir torque and the lateral Casimir force between two plates is calculated. The plates are assumed to be rough, homogeneous, isotropic, and correlated to each other. It is seen that the force and torque tend to constant values for small temperatures, and are linear in temperature for large temperatures. Temperature corrections for both small and large temperatures are also calculated.
