Abstract:
Individual emotional profiles and a reputation mechanism are defined on the basis of the voluntary prisoner’s dilemma game. The influence of reputation on the emotional response is considered, and the corresponding relationships between emotions and game strategies are established. The Monte Carlo simulation is carried out based on the two-dimensional square lattice. The simulation results demonstrate that there are positive and negative effects of the reputation of interactive individuals on the transfer of their own emotional characteristics. Emotional reputation integrates reward and punishment mechanisms. Positive emotions are not only altruistic but also egoistic, while negative emotions are not only harmful to others but also to yourself. The final evolution state of the system presents high positive emotions and social characteristics of “good man”. Individuals in the group have a high recognition degree of the emotional reputation of interactive individuals, and the cooperation frequency and average payoffs of the population are both high.
