Abstract:
It is found that there is a close relationship between network traffic capacity and network topology. A reasonable network topology can increase traffic capacity and thus suppress network congestion. In reality, many networks exhibit layered and community characteristics, so it is of great practical significance to study the influence of layered community structure on network traffic capacity. In this paper, the influence of the two-layer community network topology on the network traffic capacity is studied by changing the number of communities, the average degree and the community connection strength. The simulation results show that the reduction of the number of communities, the increase of the average degree and the enhancement of the community connection strength will increase the network traffic capacity.
