Abstract:
In this paper, we used Monte Carlo simulation based on the Metropolis algorithm to study the magnetic and thermodynamic properties and hysteresis behavior of a mixed-spin (5/2;1/2) graphene bilayer. To do this, we examined the impacts of exchange couplings, longitudinal crystal field, external magnetic field and temperature on magnetization, magnetic susceptibility, internal energy, blocking temperature, hysteresis behavior and its hysteretic parameters, namely coercivity and remanence. Interesting physical results were obtained, such as the richness of saturation values of magnetizations in the ground state and multi-loop hysteresis behavior.
