Abstract:
Canonical and transversity representations of the Poincaré algebra and their associated spin-S and -Z algebras are studied in the infinite-momentum frame in which the particles [m, s] are moving very fast. The corresponding formulae are discussed in connection with the boost basis introduced in a different context by Braathen.
