Energy efficiency and business development — Making it happen

Abstract: Programmes aimed at stimulation and transformation of the energy market and related products form an important part of the public interventions for increasing the efficiency of use and diversity of supply of energy. This paper describes the key features of such a programme under implementation in Norway and summarises some experiences made so far.
