Solar radiation prediction from sunshine in eastern Spain

Javier Cañada

Renewable Energy, 1992, vol. 2, issue 3, 305-310

Abstract: An empirical correlation of the Angstrom type for estimating monthly mean daily total solar radiation on a horizontal surface in eastern Spain has been developed. Measurements of the global solar radiation on seven locations in the region are used to obtain the regression coefficients of the Angstrom formula.
