Abstract:
Cis and trans isomers have been studied in the solution of the dye DCM. The photophysical parameters of DCM dissolved in methylene chloride have been also studied as a function of concentration and the results demonstrate the unique nature of the photophysics of this laser dye and the great potential that it offers for use in a low cost luminescent solar concentrator.
