Abstract:
Several problems have been detected in most PV- systems installed all over the world, which justify research activities looking for different solutions to each situation, as it is the case of this argentinian PVPilot Project located in “Balde de Leyes” at San Juan Province. The research activities include various closely interrelated aspects, such as: technical, social, infrastructural and economical ones, together with those of marketing. Most of the apparently technical difficulties are the result of an inadequate treatment of the remainig aspects. In this context, the local organizational issues of the participant actors, related to the infrastructural aspect, become very important. In answer to this problem, this Pilot Project experimented a methodological proposal, aiming to ensure the long term energy supply.
