Abstract:
Good reasonable agreement was obtained between computed and experimentally measured reflectances of the magnetron sputtered SiO2/Mo-N-O/Mo-N/Mo selective absorbing surface which has a solar absorptance of about 0.94(As-deposited) and 0.92(Heat treated at 600°C for 1.5hr. in vacuum), and the thermal emittance of approximately 0. 19(AD) (600°C)and 0. 21 (HT)(600°C).
