Abstract:
Combustibles expenditure is becoming an important part of the operating costs for public buildings, like hotels, hospitals, offices, etc. Therefore, the savings in energy are a priority for countries like Tunisia, whose oil and gas resources are just sufficient for today's needs. One of the technical instruments of energy saving is the energetic audit study, that is useful to determine the actual consumption, reveal the anomalies and suggest corrective measures. The present paper intends to demonstrate the usefulness of four models for, respectively the thermal energy (building heat and swimming pool heat), lightning and energy loss due to electrical transformers.
