Data-driven FinTech and agile supply chain systems: Mechanisms and impacts

Abstract: This article analyzes data from Chinese listed companies (2008–2022) to explore how data elements and FinTech innovations shape agile financial systems and enhance supply chain efficiency. Results reveal: (1) Data-driven agile financial systems significantly improve supply chai efficiency through FinTech tools like blockchain and AI; (2) Corporate innovation capabilities and financing constraints mediate this relationship, amplified by new quality productivity models; (3) State-owned enterprises benefit more from FinTech-integrated systems, while firm size positively moderates outcomes; (4)In addition, corporate debt ratio plays a key threshold role in agile financial system and supply chain system. The study highlights data elements as core assets in optimizing financial agility and fostering resilient supply chains.
