Abstract:
This research investigates the impact of corporate strategic orientation and factor flowon corporate green innovation. It is found that corporate green strategic orientation has a significant positive effect on the level of corporate green innovation, which is achieved through promoting factor mobility, including the flow of talent, capital, and knowledge. Moreover, there is a synergistic effect between corporate green strategic orientation and corporate intellectual property protection strategy, and their combination can more effectively promote corporate green innovation. The article suggests that the government should introduce incentive measures, invest in education and training, strengthen financial support and intellectual property protection, and establish cooperation mechanisms and monitoring and evaluation systems to 'promote corporate green innovation and sustainable development.
