Abstract:
The study extracts information from 31 distinct Chinese territories over a decade, from 2012 to 2022, to analyze the correlation between green trade barriers, financial support, and the exports of agricultural produce. The research indicates that environmental trade barriers have a considerable adverse effect on the exports of agricultural goods; financial support can enhance regional agricultural exports; financial support plays a moderating role in the relationship between green trade barriers and regional agricultural exports; green innovation levels moderate the relationship between financial support and agricultural exports; the impact of green trade barriers on agricultural exports varies across different regions; and the influence of financial support on agricultural exports also exhibits regional heterogeneity.
