Priority intersection capacity: A generalization of Tanner's formula

Abstract: This paper presents a generalization to several lanes of Tanner's formula for the capacity of a nonpriority movement at an isolated intersection accomodating the possible bunching of major road traffic and different critical gaps for different lanes.
