Abstract: U radu se razmatra važnost cjeloživotnoga poslovnog obrazovanja zaposlenika u poduzecima kao primarni uvjet za povecanje konkurentske sposobnosti hrvatskih poduzeca prilikom ulaska Hrvatske u Europsku uniju. Cjeloživotnim poslovnim obrazovanjem povecava se kreativnost i inovativnost svih zaposlenika, koja omogucuje ostvarenje strategije uz vecu produktivnost rada te vece place i nagrade radnika i rukovoditelja u poduzecima.
