Abstract: The main purpose of this text is to analyse some aspects related to the implementationof an industrial policy in Brazil coherent with both, actual internal and externalenvironments. A medium and long run perspective is adopted, and macro and micro- economicaspects of Brazilian economy is emphasized. JEL classification: O25; F63.
