Abstract:
Ever since the inauguration of the authoritarian regime, the Chilean economyunderwent a series of transformations. This article aims to analyze the new economic model,with attention to the main relations between the stabilization program and the measures tochange the structures of the country’s economy, the implementation of these measures, andhow the country is inserting itself in the international economic system.
