Abstract:
the prospects of double-digit growth for the industrial sector prompts the questioningof the sustainability of such growth in face of many challenges to it, such as lowinstalled capacity, fluctuations in recent growth, inflation, among others. This paper assessesthe limitations of growth for the Brazilian industry, particularly in light of the Cruzado Plan. JEL Classification: L11; O40.
