Abstract:
Purpose - To report and comment on the tribunal case Timothy Edward Baldwin and WRT Investments v. Financial Services Authority. Design/methodology/approach - Outlines the facts and comments on the decision reached. Findings - Finds that the Tribunal made comments and observations that are of importance to all involved in the financial services industry. Originality/value - Provides useful information for all those involved in the financial services industry.
