Abstract:
The paper contains 4 chapters: 1. the organizational culture - an authors vision concerning this definition and this main variables; 2. the competence on the organisational level as the objective of this culture development; the process of learning and skills capitalisation in order to fulfil the customer requirements; 3. the changing process in organization - an authors rewritten after the models of Nadler and Greiner, analysing the stages of the evolution companies; 4. the organizational structure - essential component of the organizational culture. The main important part is the fourth one, where the authors present their results of the study concerning three Romanian companies SICHER IMPEX, EMSENS PROD, and FANBERG. The conclusions are refered to the organizational culture specific in these three cases, and to the stages of these evolution.
