Abstract: The textile companies have commercial human resources that follow the realization of the common objectives. It is a reversible process: the manager responsible with the commercial activities inside the textile firm can not do anything without the help of its employees and the employees can not accomplish their work without the manager` s directions. Therefore, the positive commercial results of the company are the whole of human resources` activities. The employees need to be informed about the company` s activity and to communicate with their manager. The commercial performances of Textile Company constitute the result of all employees' work. Their co-operation depends not only by the value of the sales plan, but also it depends by the internal communication. To achieve the partial tasks according to the established objectives, to influence the employees' activity, to take the right decisions in a specific situation, all processes need an indispensable upward and downward flux of communication including messages and information transmission.
