Abstract:
The purpose of this paper is to present a conceptual analysis of the intergenerational learning as an entropy driven process in organizations. It is a new approach based on the following assumptions: a) in any organization there are three fields of knowledge in a continuous interaction: the cognitive knowledge field, the emotional knowledge field, and the spiritual knowledge field; b) in knowledge intensive organizations we can identify several knowledge generations; c) intergenerational learning is an entropy driven process. Each of these assumptions is discussed and integrated into the theory of the entropic management.
