Abstract: This paper examined recent global studies on the accessibility of guidance and counseling services to provide an understanding on what we know about the nature of accessibility and inaccessibility of guidance and counseling services in schools. The insights from this study are meant to provide some solutions to improve the accessibility of guidance and counseling services in schools to meet the needs of the students in the era of 24/7 with emphasis on client perspective.
