Abstract: The article deals with the main problems of establishment of innovational economy and pos-sible ways of solving them by the state in view of historical and national peculiarities, as well as actual situation of state regulation and support in the sphere of science and technologies. The authors determine top-priority tasks of the state in the sphere of innovations.
