Abstract:
This article focuses on the concept of innovation management in small and mediumsized companies, based on the fact that change management in a hypercompetitive environment is a decisive competitive advantage for small companies in comparison with big ones. The author describes innovation management in terms of process management based on management plans and targets and their controlling. Innovation management is considered as system management of processes, products and strategic changes.
