Abstract:
The main goal of the paper is to study the problems of innovative development of the economy of Russia's oil and gas producing regions, the economic evaluation of innovative benchmarks for the development of the regional economy, and the substantiation of the priority directions for the development of clusters.The paper covers theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the development of innovative potential of the northern oil-producing regions. Based on the analysis of indicators of innovative development in the northern territories, the priorities for their development are substantiated.
