Abstract: The article considers the developmental characteristics of training programs of leasing companies’ personnel ensuring financial stability of the business, justifying the need to use command methods in managing the leasing companies.It is generally accepted that for a sustainable business development, lease can be used as an effective tool covering medium and long-term financing.The main aim of this article is to propose contemporary ways in leasing based on an effective personnel training system.
