Practical implications: A developed competency profile may be used to design a study program and thus will improve the educational system, will be helpful to evaluate the NCO. The model may help in implementing changes to use the employees' competencies effectively. Originality/Value: It is complete research for determining the structure of NCO competencies suitable for the future operational environment.
