Abstract: This special issue of the European Research Studies Journal is dedicated to the “Celebration of the 10th Anniversary of the Faculty of Engineering Management” of Poznan University of Technology. The Guest Editors organized the issue, having the responsibility of selecting, and evaluating the submitted articles following the double blind evaluation process in accordance with the Code of Ethics and the Terms and Conditions of the journal. It is our pleasure to present the issue with 55 published articles in several disciplines of Management. We would like to congratulate the contributors for the excellent preparation of high-quality articles and their cooperation during the evaluation stage.
