Abstract: This study explores school administrators’ perspectives on the use of digital platforms in organizational communication in primary and secondary schools. A qualitative case study was conducted with 15 school administrators selected through maximum variation sampling. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using inductive content analysis. The findings indicate that administrators use various digital platforms, particularly WhatsApp, official school websites, and MEB DYS (the official document management system of the Turkish Ministry of National Education), for different organizational communication purposes, including information sharing, coordination, and enhancing institutional visibility. While participants emphasized both the advantages and challenges of digital platforms, they generally regarded them as valuable tools for supporting organizational communication in schools. The study contributes to a better understanding of digital platform use in educational organizations and offers practical implications for educational leadership and organizational communication practices.
