Note: [English Title] Not available [English Abstract] Economic Globalization have introduced new demands in the changing structure of employment. Global character of changes in employment indicated that there is an interrelationships between two internationa lprocesses; economic globalization and international migration.This paper is based on the findings of the anthropological fieldwork which is carried out in international electronic factory. The dynamics of the relationship between economic globalization and international migratian were explored by using the fieldwork data. It also illustrated the perceptions of factory workers whose are the return migrant form Germany and the immigrants from the Bulgaria in relation to their integration problems.
