Note: [English Title] Not available [English Abstract] Liberalism and conservatism were two rival ideologies during the 19th and early 20th Century. Yet, the two ideologies have developed into neoliberalism and new conservatism, and converged under the new right. During the past three developed Western countries but also in developing countries such as Turkey and several South American countries. The reasons for the rise of the new right include the insufficieny of savings in third world countries and the need for the funds from outside financial sources such as IMF and WB, the collapse of socialism, the Crisis of the welfare state, and the failure of social democaratic ideology to produce solutions on the welfare state and welfare society, and on constructivist rationalism and socialism or social liberalism. Also the new rigth critices sociology for two reasons: (1) sociology used constructive rationalism and pozitivism to plan human society. This was the base for the planed economy and welfare society of the Keynesian era, (2) sociology emphased on welfare society, social solidarity and collective solutions to the poverty, economic security and inequality. Instead of the welfare state and welfare society, the new right promotes an anti-socialist discourse, a free market operating in its natural order, a view of individual-based society, traditionalist values and institutions, and a limited government role in the economy.
