Note: [English Title] Not available [English Abstract] The foreign borrowing indicators of Turkey are positive when compared to same developing countries in debt crises. Turkey's high national income and export capacity have never caused any problems in repaying foreign debt except the rescheduling occured in 1978. Turkey has never changed out debt repayments. Turkey's foreign debt ratios are far from critical levels for the years searched in the paper. Turkey's main problem in using foreign resources is caused from same other indicators of the national economy and because of that foreign borrowing mostly have high costs with short run limits.
