Note: [English Title] Not available [English Abstract] Discrimination in labour markets can be seen in many different ways. The first section of this paper is introduction. In the second section, four different discrimination models are examined. These models are; tastes for discrimination model, overcrowding model, institutional models, and statistical models. In the third section of this paper, we examined some selected countries and Turkey to determine the discrimination against women in labour markets. Lack of consistent and comprehensive data on labour market, the discrimination coeffıcient can not be estimated for Turkish Economy. [English Keywords] Not available
