Note: [English Title] Not available [English Abstract] The resource-based approach focuses on costly to copy attributes to firm as source of economic rents and, therefore, as the fundemantel drivers of performance and competitive advantage. In this study it has been investigated resource-based approach with the others traditional firm theories. The essence of resource based approach is that four conditions underlie sustained competitive advantage all of which must be met. These include superior resources, ex post limits to competition, impefect resource mobility, and ex ante limits to competition. [English Keywords] Not available
