Note: [English Title] Not available [English Abstract] This study has three basic objectives. Primarily, it is aimed to summarize the developments that has taken place within transportation and logistic sectors with respect to integration of transportation systems and combined transport. Secondly, taking info consideration these developments, the importance of Pan-European and Trans-European Transportation Networks within the context of European single market and European single transportation systems in relation to its importance in terms of Turkey will be analyzed. And finally, because there exists a highly significant transport market and hence regional competition within the Eurasia transport corridors, it is thought that it is important to determine Turkey's potential to be a regionallogistic power. In doing so, we will be able to determine opportunities and threats that may stem from competing not only with European Union countries but also Russian Federation and Iran.
