Note: [English Title] A Summary for the Unionist Movement in the Public Sector [English Abstract] In this article, the author summarizes the short story of unionist experiences in the public sector in Turkey, The author indicates that the tendency towards participation in the unionist movement among civil servants has grown since 1980's but also emphasize that the civil servants are not allowed to engage in collective bargaining because of the inadequate definition of the legitimacy of unionization rights.
