Note: [English Title] PRINCIPLES OF GUIDANCE AND DEMOCRATIC UNDERSTANDING [English Abstract] In this paper, firstly education and guidance concepts are discussed. Then, taking the idea "guidance understanding depends on existentialist philosophy" as the base, some of the principles of guidance, concrning democratic understanding are presented.
