Note: [English Title] ART IN THE MODERN SOCIETY: CONFORMITY AND NON CONFORMITY IN THE FINE ARTS [English Abstract] The most important function of the avant garde was not only to experiment but to ask and find a path along which it would be possible to keep culture moving in the midst of socio-cultural confusion. So as being resarcher the avant-garde artist is non conformist. On the other hand, mass art is never a discovery. It is only a reaffirmation. So the world of popular art is bounded by the limited horizons of what we think and we know already. So as he is using the answers, the mass artist is conformist. But both of them are on the order of culture, parts of the same culture and products of the same society. So, in the modern society, even the nonconformist states of the art is originally conforming to the general evolution of the unremittingly shifting social system. [English Keywords] Not available
