Note: [English Title] FORECASTING FOR THE FOREIGN TRADE DATA BASED ON ALTERNATIVE METHODS [English Abstract] In this paper, we estimate 1-dimensional time series and 2-dimensional SCM (scalar component model) models for Turkish trade data. And then, we forecast the future for the data by using these estimated models. Finally, we compare the forecasts for the criteria of the MAPE (Mean absolute percentage error).
