Note: [English Title] ECONOMIC THEORY AND NEW ECONOMETRIC APPROACHES [English Abstract] This paper attempts to evaluate the relationship between economic theory and new econometric approaches. By focusing upon methodologies of recent econometric approaches, I discuss the criticisms of these approaches and role of economic theory in new econometric methodology.
