Abstract: Sicurezza alimentare e qualit? ambientale del prodotto agroalimentare (di Eugenia Aloj Tot?ro) - ABSTRACT: The presentation of "White Book" (on the alimentary safety) fron European Union, the coming of an European Agency and the decision by Piemonte Region to set up a trademark of Controllated Environment Denomination (DCE) emphatize the relationship among Environmental Quality, the Quality of Alimentary Product and the Welfare of consumer. Considering the importance of Risk Factor sinergy, with regard to relationship between Cancer and Nutrition, today, it is very important, before ensuring good standards of Life Quality, to ensure a good Environmental Quality of Alimentary Production.
