Abstract:
Langhe and Roero can be considered like a small ancient world where the tradition continues to live again every day, in the folklore and the local handicraft, in the products and in the plates of gastronomy, in the great patrimony of legends, history and fables, in the archaeological excavations and in the historical-artistic monuments, in writers? tales who lived in these lands, in all that can send back to the farther and deeper roots of the culture of this earth. That be stating and considering that it does not exist taste without culture and cognition, being an attitude connected to the art, to the pleasure, to the history, to the well-being and then to human life, we can define this tourist district like "the earth of the taste".
