Abstract: This writing includes an attempt to reveal the meaning world of a book. The main problematic of the analyzed text focuses on the evolution of the market institution from past to present. The arguments for proving the false assumption of a spontaneously natural market order and also the double movment that decribe the relationship between the functioning of the market and the regulations that design it, all these conceptualizations point to the dynamic essence of the text.
