Abstract: The article introduces the symposium "Economics, History and Economic History in Stefano Fenoaltea's Cliometrics", intended to reassess Fenoaltea's legacy, and to promote it among younger scholars. The symposium is jointly organised by the Associazione per la Storia Economica (ASE) and Fondazione Luigi Einaudi, and published by Rivista di Storia Economica / Italian Review of Economic History and Annals of the Fondazione Luigi Einaudi.
